Job Description
A leading London-based M&E contractor (turnover £400m+) is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join its commercial new-build division.
With multiple large-scale commercial projects starting and progressing this year, the business continues to build on its reputation for delivering landmark London developments, supported by long-standing client relationships and strong technical expertise.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of a major mechanical package (£20m–£30m) on a flagship Central London project, with responsibility spanning pre-construction through to final handover. This is a senior role offering autonomy, early design-stage influence, and clear long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of the mechanical package to programme, quality, and compliance standards
Manage design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
Report directly to the Project Director on progress and performance
Add value through buildability, methodology, and cost improvements
Manage subcontractors, supply chain, and internal engineering teams
About You
Proven experience delivering £10m+ commercial M&E projects
Strong mechanical building services background
Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
