My client have a great opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager with HVAC & Plumbing experience to join their team based in the Midlands.
Due to client expansion and success in securing new mechanical projects, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to help support project delivery.
Scope of work covered: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Hot & Cold Water services, including sanitaryware, overseeing all aspects of a project, to meet the Client’s goals on time and within budget. It will require you to organise people, tasks, and resources to bring about a successful delivery within the scope of each individual project scope.
Additionally, you will be responsible for allocating projects to the other two project managers and checking on their progress.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Take a proactive role within company working with Directors to improve company procedures and efficiencies.
* Manage the installation of HVAC & Mechanical Projects throughout the UK and Eire
* Attend Clients site meetings
* Attend and report on pre-start meetings and subsequent meetings throughout the contract
* Plan and manage resources, both subcontract and direct labour
* Purchase materials
* Keep clients and company updated on all matters
