Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Location: Milton Keynes (Minimum 1 Day Working From Home Per Week)

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Guaranteed Bonus, Travel Expenses, Private Healthcare, and More

Are you a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to take the commercial lead on a major data centre development from pre-construction through to completion?

We’re partnered with a respected medium-sized MEP contractor that has grown steadily since the early 2000s and now achieves an annual turnover of around £50m. Known for its modern culture, flexible working approach and strong focus on employee development, this is an ideal environment for someone seeking a senior role on a technically complex project with long-term prospects.

What’s on offer:

Commercial lead on a flagship data centre project in Milton Keynes, running from pre-construction through to final accounts

Project delivery continuing through to December 2027, with further project opportunities available thereafter

Responsibility for managing high-value MEP packages

Direct reporting line to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director

Opportunity to mentor and support an Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Close collaboration with a main contractor partner with whom the business has a long-established relationship

A business with proven career progression pathways and structured development plansPackage Includes:

Basic salary of £75,000 – £85,000
