Job Description

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Tier 1 MEP Contractor – Major Commercial Development

Central London – 1 day WFH per week

We are working with a Tier 1 MEP Contractor that has recently secured a £40m mechanical package on a major commercial development in Central London, located by a major train station. The project is entering pre-construction, with the next 6 months on site focused on early-stage commercial setup, and an overall project completion scheduled for December 2027.

Supporting the Project Commercial Manager across the full project lifecycle

Managing mechanical packages and supporting commercial decision-making

Travel reimbursement, including station parking where required

Private healthcare

25 – 28 days annual leave

1 day hybrid working per week
