The Opportunity You will play a pivotal role in delivering: Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Condition Surveys Dilapidations assessments (M&E) 10-year CAPEX forecasting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies Feasibility studies and engineering appraisals Working across commercial, mixed-use and varied asset types, your expertise will directly inform investment decisions, asset management strategies and lifecycle planning.
