I'm currently working with a large residential property management group who are looking to add a Senior MRICS Building Surveyor to their in-house Building Surveying team.
This team is a stand alone company and will take on external client work too, but the majority comes from the companies in the group.
You will be undertaking, PPM Reports, Project Management, Contract Admin, dilpas, RCA's and condition surveys.
