The Role
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will lead the relationship with key UK Grocery customers, driving sales, share, and profit growth across a portfolio of established brands. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role requiring strong commercial capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to build deep customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver annual sales plans aligned to business objectives
Lead and manage strategically important retail customers
Drive customer strategy across the organisation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
Manage P&L performance and commercial forecasting
Use category and customer data to build compelling selling stories
Negotiate effectively to deliver sustainable growth
Act as a visible role model, sharing ideas and best practice internally and externally
