Senior National Account Manager – Grocery

We’re exclusively partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting, high-growth FMCG challenger brands to hire a Senior National Account Manager to further accelerate their grocery expansion.
The business is scaling at a rapid YoY growth and is entering a major growth phase within UK Grocery. With significant new national listings secured and ambitious plans to more than double grocery revenue over the next few years, this is a genuine build-and-shape opportunity.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of key UK grocery multiples, including one of the largest and most strategic customers for the business, across a blend of accounts in their early-stages of growth, meaning relationship building, influencing and long-term strategy will be key.
This is not a corporate, heavily layered environment. You’ll be close to decision-making and working directly with senior leadership.
This is a high-impact position where you will:
- Lead customer strategy and Joint Business Planning
- Own full P&L responsibility
- Drive distribution, feature space and promotional strategy
- Build strong, credible buyer relationships
- Identify new growth levers across formats and channels
- Work cross-functionally with brand and marketing to unlock activation
What They’re Looking For:
- Current NAM ready to step up, or experienced SNAM
- Proven experience managing UK grocery multiples
- Strong relationship builder with commercial gravitas
- Comfortable owning P&L and driving growth
- Thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- They don’t need corporate polish, they need commercial drive and ownership.
