The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK snack business with an established presence in the value retail channel and clear ambitions to scale further across UK major multiples.
This is a pivotal commercial hire. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering the UK retail strategy, working closely with senior leadership and supported by an experienced manufacturing partner.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the lead commercial contact for UK retail, you’ll:
• Secure new listings with UK major multiples across grocery and value
• Build and grow strategic relationships with national retail buyers
• Lead negotiations across range, margin, promotions and commercial terms
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forward visibility
• Help shape go-to-market strategy for new product launches
• Balance branded growth with selected own-label and special commercial projects
• Work closely with manufacturing, product, and brand teams
• Operate confidently in a lean environment, combining hands-on delivery with strategic thinking
This is a role where you’re trusted to take ownership, move quickly, and make decisions that genuinely influence growth.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience selling into UK major multiples
• Background in snacks, FMCG, or adjacent categories
• Track record of securing new listings and growing national retail accounts
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams
• Proactive, resilient, and motivated by building rather than inheriting
