* Developing and implementing customer business plans that expand the company’s annual turnover and profitability within an existing customer base.
* Optimising the growth performance and annual targets by successfully managing the full portfolio mix
* Continuing the mutually beneficial trade relationships we have with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Providing full suite of internal reporting of performance and achievements.
* Working with our distribution partner to continue the growth of our pure player channel
* Developing our direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel, focusing on the customer journey and improving the site’s performance metrics..
* Analysing and interpreting market data to understand the environment in which we operate
* Work with a team of in-store Product Advisors to deliver a best-in-class product experience at point of purchase.
* Liase with the marketing team to execute National Promotional plan and identify other areas of trade related marketing opportunities.
