Role: Senior National Account Manager

Location: London

Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 (negotiable DOE) plus Bonus


The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a premium, fast-growing consumer brand to hire a Senior National Account Manager. This is a pivotal hire, offering the opportunity to shape and scale key retail and e-commerce partnerships across the UK, Europe, and wider global markets.

This role sits at the heart of the commercial function, combining strategic account leadership, new business development, and strong analytical ownership to drive sustainable growth.


The Role:

  • Lead and grow key B2B partnerships across the UK, EU & Rest of World
  • Manage major retail and e-commerce accounts, delivering joint business plans and commercial success (including major retail and e-commerce partners such as ASOS, Look Fantastic, John Lewis & MECCA)
  • Identify and secure new distribution opportunities across international markets
  • Own P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and overall account performance
  • Analyse sales data to drive insight-led decision making and performance improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, NPD, and Supply Chain to execute best-in-class activations
  • Line manage and develop a National Account Executive


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in National Account Management or Business Development within FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods
  • Strong track record of managing and growing key retail accounts
  • Experience working with Boots Online is essential
  • Exposure to European accounts and international markets is required
  • Experience across UAE and Korea markets would be highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership
  • Advanced analytical capability (Excel skills including Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs)
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
