Experience required in
* Building and developing trade relationships
* Driving profitable growth aligned to clear strategic requirements
* Forecasting – Consistent excellence in forecasting accuracy
* Margin – Consistent excellence in NRM across the four golden pillars; Costs, Promo, Terms and Mix
* Delivered cost increases on time in full without break in supply, whilst maintaining growth trajectory
The person required
* Strong Experience in Branded FMCG supplying into Cash & Carry / Wholesale / Impulse channels
* Strong preference for experience in Branded products. Open to experience for candidates who really understand the channels and customers
* Someone who is well planned and has a good understanding of P&L
