Right now, you’re probably managing a big customer that demands a lot. You’re juggling service, commercial performance and stakeholder politics, often without the influence or visibility to drive real change.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of one of the most high-profile accounts in this business. A long-standing, £multi-million customer with hundreds of sites and huge influence in the UK hospitality scene.


It’s a strategically important relationship that needs senior focus, not just day-to-day management.


Here, decisions are fast, access to leadership is direct and if you deliver you’ll be noticed. It is a business where you can actually see the impact of your work, not watch it disappear behind layers of red tape.

What You’ll Need


You’ll bring proven senior national account management experience from foodservice, FMCG or hospitality, with a track record of leading complex, high-value accounts.


You’ll be commercially sharp, comfortable managing senior customer relationships and experienced at shaping strategy, not just delivering it.


Excel and data literacy will support you, but your strength will be commercial leadership, influencing and driving growth.
