Neighbourhood Officer

We’re recruiting an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to deliver a customer-focused housing management service across our communities.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manage a patch of tenancies, supporting tenants to sustain their homes
*
Lead on anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and disputes
*
Manage rent and service charge arrears and support income maximisation
*
Carry out estate inspections and manage void properties
*
Progress legal action where required, including court attendance
*
Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues early
About You
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in social housing
*
Strong knowledge of housing law and tenancy management
*
Confident, organised and customer focused
*
Good IT skills and experience using housing systems
Qualifications
Essential: A-level standard education and Level 3 Housing qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Desirable: CIH membership and income maximisation experience...
