Cisco ASA Palo Alto Firewalls Big IP (F5) Network Protocols Cisco Switching, Routing, Security and wireless technologies Virtual environments and virtual network solutions (e.g. VMWare, Azure) Network monitoring (PRTG) Azure and AWS experience

Key responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, leading and coaching a team of engineers, prioritising day‑to‑day tasks, resolving incidents quickly, and driving process enhancements. You will produce high and low‑level documentation, recommend improvements, mentor junior colleagues, and maintain your own professional growth. Person Specification

Experience in support and design in highly secure environments. Cisco Switching, Routing, Security and wireless technologies. Network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, ICMP, OSPF, IPSEC. Cisco ASA Firewall administration and design. Cisco Firepower (NGFW). Palo Alto Firewall administration. Knowledge of virtual environments and virtual network solutions (e.g. VMWare). Experience in Cisco ISE and PRIME. Big IP F5 administration and configuration – LTM, ASM. Network monitoring with PRTG. Cisco ACI. Azure and AWS experience.
