Advising on all aspects of non-contentious construction work, including drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, and ancillary documentation Acting on major UK and international development and infrastructure projects Working closely with real estate, finance, and projects teams on cross-disciplinary matters Taking a lead role on transactions and mentoring junior lawyers Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

About You

5+ years’ PQE with strong non-contentious construction experience gained at a leading firm Extensive experience drafting and negotiating standard form contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC) Proven ability to manage matters and supervise junior team members Excellent communication and client-facing skills
