To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

A strong passion for food innovation and a genuine interest in nutrition At least 2/3 years of experience in food manufacturing or product development In-depth knowledge of food science, nutrition, and regulatory requirements Experience of working with external manufacturers Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Excel and Sheets in particular) A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related discipline Proven experience leading NPD projects from ideation to successful market launch Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams Within this position, you’ll also be:
