The Role

As Senior Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated practitioners across both nursery and pre-school sites
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold our ambitious curriculum
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
• Manage operational responsibilities including staffing, budgets, and compliance

What Were Looking For

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
• Passion for creating nurturing environments where children thrive
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
