About the Role As Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader in managing the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring high standards of care, education, and safeguarding are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities Support the Room Leader in managing the room and staff team Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS Monitor childrens development and maintain accurate records Act as a key person and support colleagues in their roles Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards are met Build strong relationships with parents and carers Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) Previous experience in a senior practitioner or room-based role Strong xehkeey organisational and communication skills Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding Whats on Offer Salary from £28,500 Supportive management and career progression opportunities Ongoing professional development Flexible working option: 4-day compressed hours (subject to nursery needs)
