My Client is recruiting for a Senior or Principal Process Engineer in the Water Sector\n\nThis position is for a Senior or Principal Process Engineer working on Water Sector Projects.\n\nTypical responsibilities may include:\n\nProvide design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements.\nIdentify efficient design solutions from scopes and site visits and communicate these to client and project team\nDirect and more junior designers and graduates.\nPrepare design risk assessments, reports and specifications.\nCarry out mass balance, process sizing and hydraulic calculations and prepare process flow diagrams, control philosphies and commissioning strategies\nDesign in compliance with relevant technical, professional and water company standards.\nEnsure project change for design package is fully implemented and recorded.\nUndertake work using formal processes and procedures.\nEstimate hours required for design packages\nAttend and present designs at HAZOP, ALM, KM meetings and similar\n Experience and Qualifications:\n\nRelevant design experience in the regulated water industry\nExperience and understanding of wastewater unit processes and treatment plant, with experience of delivering process design for wastewater projects\nDegree, HND or significant experience from Technician level\nGood level IT\nIdeally Chartered engineer\nIdeally Experience with both clean water and waste water\nExperience of HAZOP studies ideally as HAZOP chair\nDriving licence & access to vehicle
