We’re growing our Social Department and looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive with 3-5 years’ experience to take ownership of paid social performance across a varied client portfolio. This role sits at the heart of our social growth, combining strategic thinking, creative testing, and strong commercial this is a paid‑social‑first role, leading campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X for e‑commerce and lead‑generation clients. Key Responsibilities
Own, optimise, and scale Meta & TikTok campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
Lead performance analysis (ROAS, CPA/CPL, CTR, CVR) and turn insights into clear recommendations.
Own creative testing roadmaps, identifying opportunities across messaging, formats, hooks, and apply a full‑funnel approach, integrating organic social, UGC, and influencer activity into wider campaign thinking.
Lead client communications, including performance updates, testing plans, and recommendations.
Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

A confident Senior Paid Social Executive who’s ready to take ownership. You’ll be comfortable leading accounts, explaining decisions to clients, and applying full‑funnel thinking to understand how paid, organic, and influencer activity contribute to overall business performance. You’re proactive, commercially aware, and excited to help shape a growing social department.
What You’ll Bring
3‑5 years’ hands‑on paid social experience (agency experience preferred).
Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of optimisation logic, pixel/events, and testing methodology.
Confidence working with performance data and translating insights into action.
Experience collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience working with organic social, UGC, or influencer‑led content.

Paid Media Team, SEO Team, Design & Dev Team, Content Team
