Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer Team Leader to join their skilled team. Key Responsibilities: Spraying a variety of timber products using water-based and PU (polyurethane) paints Managing a team of 2 paint sprayers Preparing surfaces for painting including sanding, filling, and priming with a keen eye for quality Mixing and colour-matching paints to required specifications Maintaining spray booths and equipment to a high standard Working to production deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment Quality checking finished items before they leave the spray shop Following health and safety guidelines at all times Requirements: Previous experience in a spray-painting role, ideally within a joinery, furniture, or timber manufacturing environment Strong Team Leader Experience Strong knowledge of both water-based and PU spray systems ...
