This role would suit an experienced paraplanner who enjoys a more traditional, hands-on approach to paraplanning and values the chance to be client-facing. The position supports two advisers and involves attending a high number of client meetings, playing an active role in analysing client circumstances, identifying planning opportunities, and drafting compliant suitability reports across a wide range of advice areas. There is also a strong technical element, and the successful individual would contribute to research, support with cashflow modelling, and help ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.

This is a role where paraplanners are seen as trusted partners in the advice process. There is regular contact with clients, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for high-net-worth individuals. The firm uses Xplan, and familiarity with tools such as Voyant and FE Analytics would be beneficial. We are keen to speak with diploma-qualified individuals who are comfortable working closely with clients and who are interested in continuing their professional development. Those already working toward Chartered status, or considering doing so, would be well supported.
