Senior Paraplanner – London (Hybrid)

We’re currently working with a highly respected wealth management and private banking organisation to recruit a Senior Paraplanner into their growing Investment & Wealth Advice team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation in the HNW/UHNW space, offering exposure to complex client cases and the chance to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions.


The Role


This is a genuinely senior and varied position, working closely with Financial Planners, Private Bankers, and the wider paraplanning team. You’ll be involved in the full client journey, from initial fact-find through to implementation and ongoing service.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing detailed cashflow modelling and financial plans
  • Carrying out technical research and due diligence to support advice recommendations
  • Drafting and reviewing suitability reports
  • Managing cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Supporting ongoing client servicing, including annual reviews and portfolio rebalancing
  • Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team


You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the firm’s financial planning proposition and help shape best practice across the team.

About You


We’re looking for an experienced paraplanner with:

  • 3+ years’ paraplanning experience, including exposure at a senior level
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
  • Chartered status (or working towards) highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
