Join us and you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact, grow your career, and be part of a company that celebrates inclusivity and fresh ideas.Who are we looking for?We’re looking for a Senior Partner Programme Manager to lead and evolve Gamma’s partner programme, shaping how we grow, engage and win with our partners.This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of our partner ecosystem. You’ll use data, insight and commercial thinking to identify where growth sits, and design programmes and campaigns that unlock it.You’ll play a pivotal role in defining how we work with and through partners, ensuring our programme, messaging and marketing activity drive measurable business outcomes and long-term partner success.What will you be doing day-to-day?You’ll own the development and delivery of our partner programme, continuously evolving it to maximise engagement, adoption and commercial impact.You’ll work closely with Sales to align on partner growth plans, translating pipeline insight into targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that drive cross-sell, upsell and new revenue opportunities.You’ll lead the planning and execution of co-created campaigns with partners, from 1:1 strategic accounts to scalable 1:few programmes, focused on demand generation and pipeline acceleration.You’ll act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing marketing expertise, insight and best practice to help them improve campaign effectiveness, targeting and lead management.You’ll support the day-to-day management and promotion of partner programme benefits, ensuring partners understand, adopt and maximise the value available to them.You’ll use data to identify high-growth opportunities across the partner base, track performance, and continuously optimise programme impact, reporting back to senior stakeholders on ROI and pipeline contribution.What you’ll needExperienceA minimum of 7+ years’ experience in partner marketing, campaign marketing or marketing communicationsExperience working in channel environments, ideally within telecommunications or technologyProven track record of managing and evolving large-scale partner programmesSkills & approachStrong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data and insight into actionable growth strategiesHighly analytical, confident interpreting complex data sets to identify opportunities and measure successExcellent stakeholder management, able to influence and align senior internal teams and partner organisationsHands-on and results-driven, comfortable operating at both a strategic and execution levelTools & knowledgeExperience with marketing tools and reporting (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, CRM/automation platforms such as HubSpot)Strong understanding of campaign planning, MDF management and ROI trackingWhat do we offer you?At Gamma, we believe in work-life balance.
