CV Screen is recruiting for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join a large, multi-site organisation operating across the UK hospitality sector. Based in Hammersmith with a hybrid working model, this is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior, technically focused role within a busy payroll and benefits function supporting around 2,000 employees. The position offers a salary of up to £50,000 plus excellent benefits and would suit an experienced UK payroll professional looking to play a key role in compliance, analysis and continuous improvement within a complex environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure accurate monthly payroll delivery with strong validation, controls and reconciliations

Act as a technical payroll expert for complex pay, pension and benefits queries

Lead payroll compliance, audit activity and statutory reporting requirements

Drive payroll process improvements, documentation and system enhancements

Produce and support payroll data reporting for HR, Finance and Operations

What Experience Is Required
End-to-end UK payroll experience, including pensions and benefits-in-kind

Strong payroll compliance, audit and reconciliation background

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with payroll systems (ADP preferred)

Salary & Benefits

Location Hammersmith – easily commutable from Shepherd's Bush, Chiswick, Fulham, Acton, Ealing and Kensington
