Job Description

Senior Pensions Administrator – DB/DC – Hybrid or Remote

London / Hampshire / Surry / Berkshire / Hybrid or Fully Remote

£35,000 - £43,000 + package

A Pensions Consultancy firm who have ambitious growth plans for 2026 are looking to recruit experienced Senior DB / DC Pension Administrators. Joining a friendly team environment, you will have an opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills, providing you with the expertise for the next stage of your career should you wish to advance. The company have worked hard to ensure they provide the right structure, flexible working and culture for employees to thrive and find a good work / life balance.

The role will require you to be technically minded and have a good understanding of DB pensions. You will need to display knowledge of manual calculations, pensions legislation and be happy working across DB administration, case work and projects. You will also need to have experience of checking calculations and work performed by colleagues and be happy mentoring and developing the team in line with the company’s ethos.

The position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of schemes and be involved in pension calculations, quotations, GMP work, helping more junior team members and client support.

The role can be offered on an office / hybrid or fully remote basis
