The Senior People Advisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional employee support across the business. You will lead on employee relations, help design and implement HR policies and processes, and support managers with people-related decisions. This is a hands-on, advisory role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. This role will be 3 days per week at the North London site.
