At Dementia UK, we pride ourselves on creating the best possible experience for every team member, from their first interaction with us and throughout their employee lifecycle. Successful candidates will have extensive experience managing a busy People Operations team in the UK, with technical expertise in HR systems, payroll, benefits, and pensions. Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law, GDPR, and Internal Audit Compliance is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to handle a busy workload and conflicting priorities calmly and efficiently, with excellent planning skills and IT literacy.
