The Role We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge and growing with us as a business. Day to day, you will be part of the full client lifecycle: from new business and onboarding new clients to leading in ad accounts (Search & Social) and growing our clients’ businesses for the long term through effective strategy, analysis and optimisation. You must be switched on, ambitious, have a positive attitude and a desire to learn, as well as the ability to pick yourself up after mistakes. Ideally you should have at least 5-6 years’+ experience in performance marketing or an ecommerce-focused role, agency or client side, in Paid Social or Google PPC. Responsibilities Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Participating in the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing growth Leading ad accounts across Search & Social Developing effective strategy, conducting analysis and optimisation to drive long-term client growth Collaborating with cross-functional teams (data, creative) to deliver integrated campaigns
Qualifications
5-6+ years of experience in performance marketing or ecommerce-focused roles (agency or client side) Experience with Paid Social and Google PPC
