With strong momentum across digital channels and a clear mission to improve everyday lifestyles, our client is investing heavily in growth.As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the customer acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels, driving measurable, profitable growth through experimentation, data insight, and creative excellence.Role Highlights:Own and scale Paid Social, Paid Search, YouTube, and SEO performanceLead structured testing across creative, audiences, and landing pagesManage agency partners to maximise channel efficiency and outputDrive improvements in CPA and LTV:CAC through insight-led decisionsBuild, mentor, and elevate a high-performing growth teamYou Will Need:DTC scale-up background, ideally subscriptionAgency side experience (as long as you've worked with DTC scale ups)Strong Paid Social experience is essentialPaid Search and SEO experience would also be greatAdvanced analytical skills using GA4 and BI toolsPrevious team management experience would be idealInterest or hands-on exposure to AI-driven marketing toolsThrives in a fast-paced, high-performance start-up/scale-up environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
