I’m working with a fast-scaling consumer tech business looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving customer growth and acquisition. This is a strategic, high-impact position with ownership of multi-channel performance marketing and responsibility for delivering scalable, sustainable growth. The role: You’ll take the lead on shaping and evolving the performance marketing strategy across a range of paid channels, managing significant budgets and identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and optimisation. What you’ll be doing:
Owning the strategy and performance of key acquisition channels including Paid Social, Search and Affiliates Managing and optimising substantial marketing budgets to maximise ROI Identifying new growth opportunities and testing new channels, formats and approaches Driving a data‑led approach to performance, balancing CAC with long‑term customer value Partnering closely with brand, creative and product teams to improve conversion and customer journeys Leading experimentation and continuous optimisation across campaigns Analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high‑performing team culture

Strong experience in performance marketing within a high‑growth B2C, tech or financial services environment Proven track record managing multi‑channel acquisition strategies and delivering measurable growth Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset Comfortable working with large budgets and complex datasets Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with product, creative and brand teams A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
