Here at Ignite, we are delighted to be working with one of the fastest challenger brands we’ve ever worked with. They've grown from £0 - £50m in only 3 years - crazy!


They’re now looking to hire their first ever Growth/Performance Marketing expert to build their growth engine from the ground up. The brand already has a £5m D2C business but with £0 spend, so there is SO much potential for this brand online. Sounds great so far right?


What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️Proven Growth/Performance Marketing experience for a fast growth FMCG brand, ideally an omni-channel brand.

⭐️Proven success developing performance creative

⭐️Experience managing large paid media budgets is important (£200k+ per month)

⭐️Strong agency management experience is very important

⭐️TikTok Shop experience is desirable, though not essential

⭐️Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
