We're working with a consumer brand group at the intersection of lifestyle, gifting, and data-led eCommerce. After years of working with agencies, they’re bringing performance marketing in-house - giving you full control over strategy, execution, and optimisation across household name brands.
This is your chance to own the marketing data stack, shape acquisition strategy, and bring AI-led efficiency to a fast-scaling environment. You will lead acquisition strategy, transform raw data into real ROI insights, and ensure every marketing penny drives long-term revenue.
Please note, this is a hands on role where you will need to own and build campaigns end-to-end so you will need to be comfortable being a one-person performance function!
About the Role:
Take full ownership of Google, Meta, Bing, and Pinterest campaign planning, testing, and scaling
Build robust dashboards and data models in Power BI to track ROI and revenue attribution
Reconcile ad platform data with internal revenue to uncover true marketing impact
