The Role

As Senior Planner, you will take a key role in both project delivery and pre-construction, working closely with site, commercial, and design teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and managing detailed construction programmes Monitoring site progress and reporting against key milestones Leading planning strategy for complex construction elements, including basement works and structural sequencing Supporting logistics and programme optimisation in a constrained city-centre environment Producing tender programmes and contributing to client presentations, including 4D planning Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesAbout You
