Senior Planning Consultant This is a key role for an experienced professional to provide project planning, project control, and retrospective delay analysis services across the full project lifecycle. You will work as a Senior Consultant in a planning and delay role, delivering high-level services across various sectors for a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring high standards of delivery.
* Team Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary teams; review and report on all technical and commercial aspects of projects.
* Mentorship: Act as a role model for the team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to develop the next generation of construction professionals.
* Reporting & Advisory: Author, edit, and prepare detailed client reports. Review complex commercial situations and provide strategic advice to clients.
* Strategic Support: Provide high-level support to colleagues and Directors to achieve business objectives.
* Business Development: Support company business development initiatives, attend events, and promote your professional profile within industry institutions.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience with a solid background in both pre and post-contract project planning.
