Key role for an experienced planning lawyer, up to partner level

Our Client A well-established and highly-regarded commercial law firm, our client has a multi-office presence, predominantly in the South of England. Legal 500 and Chambers rated, the firm has a particular strength in the property sector and a reputation for punching well above its weight. The Role This is a ready-made role for an experienced lawyer to head up the firm’s planning team, working with clients including national FTSE 250 and regional house builders. The interesting portfolio of work includes:

major planning applications planning enquiries on major developments planning support on individual projects overseeing infrastructure and section agreements

You You may currently be an experienced private practice lawyer or an in-house lawyer interested in a return to private practice. You may be looking for a step-up in terms of responsibility, or to move from a more anonymous role elsewhere. You are likely to have at least 8 years’ of relevant experience and be looking for an opportunity to bring your skills to bear in a firm where you can really make a difference and in a role which will offer much in terms of career development.
