We’re looking for an experienced Senior Planner to manage planning and schedule management across complex construction building projects. covering all markets across Cities and Places.
You’ll take ownership of project and tender programmes, working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and clients to ensure delivery is efficient, controlled and commercially successful. You’ll also lead and develop a team of planners, applying best‑practice planning, project controls and performance reporting to drive informed decision‑making.
The location for this role will be UK (Project‑based).
You’ll be responsible for:
- Directing planning and scheduling across projects and tenders.
- Developing and managing integrated programmes using industry‑standard tools.
- Applying project controls and earned value management (EVM).
- Providing clear analysis, insights and recovery strategies to stakeholders.
- Directing, mentoring and developing planning teams.
- Supporting net zero objectives through proactive carbon management.
You’ll need to have:
- Strong experience in planning within construction and Property related sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of planning tools and project controls.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence.
- Experience leading or mentoring planners.
- Degree‑qualified or equivalent experience (desirable).
