Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (essential).

Proven experience as a planner on civil engineering or utility projects .

Strong understanding of NEC contracts .

Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
