Senior Planning Solicitor / Partner - Quality Work & Hybrid Working

Fantastic opportunity not to be missed at this outstanding Top 50 law firm with a major regional presence, which is now looking to expand its Planning & Development team in the regions. Ideally, they are seeking a Solicitor with at least 5 Years' PQE to join as a Principal Associate, Legal Director or Partner and take a significant role within the national Planning team.
The existing team is split nationally, but they are keen to establish a bigger presence and are open to growing the team from any of their regional offices, so there will be scope for you to take a lead on growth within your office & team.
The work in place will consist of a broad spread covering most planning work that consists of: non-contentious legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPO, highways / public rights of way, planning strategy and new town advice. The department acts for a lot of local government & social housing clients, individuals, large private and charitable estates, as well as retail operators. There is a considerable amount of CPO & Land Tribunal work that can be dealt with too.
