Forward Role has partnered with an established travel business seeking an experienced Senior Platform Product Owner to lead the development, optimisation and delivery of a core operational platform that supports a growing travel and tour operating business. This role is critical to ensuring that reservations, operations, finance, contracting and customer service teams have scalable, efficient and compliant systems that enable high-quality customer experiences and commercial performance. You will own the product vision and roadmap for back-office systems, translating complex operational needs into clear, prioritised delivery with engineering teams and external partners.
