You are…
A confident, commercially-minded PR pro with a sharp strategic eye and a passion for delivering standout results. You’re used to running B2C PR accounts, leading campaigns and managing relationships - and you’re as comfortable getting stuck in as you are setting direction.
You know how to challenge briefs (politely!), spot opportunities, and bring creative thinking into every stage of a project. You're experienced in Digital PR, with a strong background in consumer facing PR - and can confidently lead on PR delivery and reporting.
You enjoy mentoring junior colleagues and sharing your skills across the team. And whether it’s a press release, campaign strategy, or performance review, your attention to detail and brand understanding always shines through.
- Leading the development and delivery of PR and integrated campaigns – from strategy and content to activation and reporting
- Supporting and upskilling junior team members, offering hands-on help and guidance where needed
- Working with creatives, copywriters and paid media specialists to craft engaging campaigns across channels
- Regularly reviewing performance and identifying ways to optimise and evolve your clients’ strategies
- Collaborating with integrated teams across PR, social, creative, and digital – making sure we’re aligned and effective
- Presenting results, ideas and updates to clients, leads and directors
- Playing a key role in new business opportunities, particularly those with a social and paid media remit
- Keeping an eye on profitability and process across your accounts
You’ll report into our senior leadership team, but work day-to-day with account executives, fellow account managers, creatives and channel specialists. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Social & Paid Media team to deliver integrated, insight-driven work.
- Solid Digital PR and integrated consumer campaign experience – ideally within an agency setting (3+ years)
- Confidence in leading accounts, managing client relationships and working to KPIs
- Experience managing people and projects with a collaborative mindset
- Based at Leeds Dock
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days from home)
