As a Senior Practitioner , you will play a key leadership role within our newly established Child Protection Enquiry Teams , supporting the Team Manager and ensuring high-quality safeguarding practice.
Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and oversight in screening requests for intervention where children are suspected to be suffering significant harm. • Offer advice and support to Family Help Teams. • Assist with allocation of work and case progression. • Deputise for the Team Manager when required. • Undertake complex casework within Children and Family Services. • Share and communicate thorough knowledge of legislation, national standards, guidance, and departmental policy through group supervision.
