Senior / Principal Civil Engineer\n\nCambridge\n\n£DOE plus benefits\n\nOur client is looking for a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team in Fareham. With a strong pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, and retirement and care sectors, this role offers exposure to schemes from early appraisal through to construction, working with everyone from local authorities to national developers.\n\nThe successful candidate will lead civil engineering design work covering drainage, highways, and S278/S38 schemes, while managing resources, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining close relationships with developers, architects, and local authorities. You'll also be involved in fee proposals and play a key role in maintaining high technical and quality standards.\n\nThis opportunity suits a CEng or IEng civil engineer working towards chartership with solid consultancy experience, strong leadership skills, and confidence delivering projects through the planning process.
