Senior / Principal Civil Infrastructure Engineer\n\nCardiff\n\nUp to £60k DOE plus benefits\n\nFantastic leadership opportunity to help grow a team.\n\nOur client wants to expand their busy Cardiff office and their first step is to bring in a Senior / Principal Civil Infrastructure Engineer who is happy to carry out a business development and marketing role whilst retaining their technical expertise.\n\nThis is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled civil engineer ready to step into a leadership role, drive technical excellence, and help shape a dynamic civil engineering team. You'll work across a diverse project portfolio-ranging from housing, care homes, and renewables to commercial and industrial developments-with the chance to grow your influence in the rail sector.\n\nThe successful candidate will:\n\nTake ownership of technical delivery and project quality\nLead and mentor a skilled design team\nEngage confidently with clients and stakeholders\nApply expert knowledge of drainage, highways and infrastructure design\nWork with tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage \n\nYou'll need in depth experience of at least 5 years, a strong technical grounding, and excellent communication skills.
