Senior/ Principal Ecologist

Morson are recruiting for Senior to Principal Ecologists to join our expanding environmental team based in the vibrant centre of Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your ecological career within a supportive, friendly and multi‑disciplinary consultancy environment. You will work across a wide range of projects, gaining start‑to‑finish project involvement, responsibility and opportunities to help shape and grow our ecology services. We offer a flexible working culture, with a balance of office, site and home‑based working.

Key Responsibilities; Lead and deliver ecological surveys in line with British Standards and industry best practice Oversee protected species surveys, data collection and mitigation design Prepare high‑quality reports including PEAs, EcIAs, species assessments and mitigation strategies Provide ecological support to multi‑disciplinary project teams Assist with ecological clerk‑of‑works services Attend and lead meetings, site inspections and field...
