We're looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Environmental Consultant to take a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions across sectors including Energy, Aviation, Defence, Rail, Water, and Urban Development. Lead and coordinate environmental workstreams, including EIA, options appraisals, and environmental management. Drive sustainability and environmental performance across complex engineering projects. Produce and review clear, high-quality reports and deliverables. Build strong client relationships and contribute to winning new work. Mentor junior team members and champion best practice.About You

Degree/Master's in an environmental or science discipline; Chartered status preferred. Significant consultancy experience with strong knowledge of EIA processes. Leadership experience within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
