This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven senior consultant with a background in Data, FinTech, Cyber or Infrastructure recruitment, across either permanent or contract markets, to take the next step in their career with a globally expanding STEMX workforce solutions provider. The Role As a Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build and manage a strong client portfolio within Data, FinTech, Cyber or Infrastructure markets Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across permanent and/or contract hiring Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates Lead by example within the team, contributing to growth and performance Develop long-term relationships across global markets Play a key role in driving the continued success of Auxo Technology

Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant Background in Technology recruitment (Data, FinTech, Cyber or Infrastructure preferred) Strong billing track record Commercially driven with a consultative approach Passion for building relationships and growing markets A team player who aligns with our values
