Our client is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a pivotal, hands-on role at the heart of their pilot manufacturing operation, taking full ownership of equipment reliability, facility readiness, and the systems that underpin safe, controlled production. You'll have genuine ownership, direct operational impact, and the opportunity to lay the foundations for a manufacturing capability that will scale. Initially, you'll work directly on the production line - giving you firsthand insight into how equipment and facility conditions interact with real operational demands.
