Are you a proven Process Engineer wanting to play a pivotal role on UK based Water projects?\nDo you have experience working with multidisciplinary teams across a range of project sizes?\nWould you like the opportunity to join a team of successful Engineers and gain valuable experience from specialists in the field?\nThe Opportunity\nAn exciting opportunity has become available for a seasoned Process Engineer to join one of our key clients, who operate within the Water industry. As Senior process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in leading & supporting a range of UK based water projects of various sizes, from feasibility to detailed design.\nYour duties and responsibilities will be\n * Provide design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements.\n * Identify efficient design solutions from scopes and site visits and communicate these to client and project team\n * Direct and more junior designers and graduates.\n * Prepare design risk assessments, reports and specifications.\n * Carry out mass balance, process sizing and hydraulic calculations and prepare process flow diagrams, control philosophies and commissioning strategies\n * Design in compliance with relevant technical, professional and water company standards.\n * Ensure project change for design package is fully implemented and recorded.\n * Undertake work using formal processes and procedures.\n * Estimate hours required for design packages\n * Attend and present designs at HAZOP, ALM, KM meetings and similar\nYou will have the following qualifications & experience:\n * Proven relevant design experience in the regulated water industry\n * Experience and understanding of wastewater unit processes and treatment plant, with experience of delivering process design for wastewater projects\n * Graduate, HND or significant experience from Technician level\n * Good level of IT\n * Strong communication skills\n * Results focused\n * Strong Technical Knowledge\nIt’s great if you also have the following\n * Chartered engineer\n * Experience with both clean water and waste water\n * Experience of HAZOP studies ideally as HAZOP chair\n * Driving licence & access to vehicle\nMillbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
